Questions About Our Terms

If you have questions or comments about our terms, you may email us at [email protected].

RETURN POLICY

If the item was damaged in shipping, please contact the original shipper (UPS/FedEx/USPS) to submit a claim. We ship most (if not all) of our items to include shipping insurance. Soap Guitars is not responsible for shipping damage, and we will not accept a return due to this.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for personal reasons, and the item is still in its original/new condition, you may return it for a refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping and processing fees) within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to engage in a return.

Please retain all of the original packaging for your item until you have decided to keep it. This is very important as a reduced refund will be made for an item returned without its original packaging.

If you wish to return an item within the 14 day return period, the item must be packed in the original packaging box with appropriate (original) internal packaging contents to protect the product and prevent it from moving around in transit to avoid damage. Soap Guitars cannot accept responsibility for any item that is damaged due to insufficient packaging, and your return will be refused or refund reduced if the item is not packaged correctly.

Once returned to us we will process the refund, which may take up to 72 hours. Please note the cost of returning the item to us must be covered by you (the customer) and where goods have been damaged, marked, or show signs of excessive testing or use, a charge will be made to compensate for the reduction in value. All arisen costs are up to the customer.

Please insure your return. We recommend that when arranging delivery back to us you make sure your goods are insured to their full value. Soap Guitars cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit although we will inform you as soon as we are aware of any transit issues so that you can make a claim against your chosen courier.

If you have questions or comments about our return policy, you may email us at [email protected].
